To submit a 'Hometown News Release Information' request, follow the instructions below:

• Right mouse click this link
• Select "Save Target As..."
• Select the location where you would like to save the file (i.e. Desktop) and click Save.
• Locate the file "hometown_news_request.pdf" in the location where you saved it.
• Open the file in Adobe Acrobat reader.
• The file can be filled in by selecting the fields in the form.
• Print the form after it has been filled in and SIGN your name at the bottom.
• E-Mail your signed request to the USARCENT Public Affairs Office at grp.pao@arcent.army.mil.
